I woke up last night thinking oh no what have I done, the anxiety began and then I realized that I didn't drink last night. I didn't do any do be embarrassed about, or that I regret. I fell asleep again and two hours later woke not feeling dehydrated or have a headache, it felt great.
I'm feeling excited this morning and will remember this feeling if temptation confronts me today.

I know the feeling, too.
I've woken up with a false hangover and then realizing I didn't drink.
Yes, don't drink today and remember that good feeling and that you never have to wake up hungover again.
