Day 5 Almost Complete

Day 5 almost done. Felt pretty well today. Exercised and worked. I feel like I am taking better care of myself and caring less about what others think, which only hindered my previous recovery.

Great job on 5 days.

The crave should really start to ramp up.

Working out helps for sure.

The day ran long yest so I exercised at home.

Push ups, squats, and core work.

I also have 10, 20, and 40 lb dumb bells and a 45 lb. Straight bar.

I have done cardio at home as well by running in place, jumping up and down etc.

It takes about 20 minutes to drive to and from the gym. My gym is huge w lots of machines and people for motivation.

But, when time is a premium, the home work out works.

Thanks.

Feeling well on Day 6. Yes, the exercise has definitely helped me get back on track. It makes me feel good about myself, increases the endorphins in my body, and it also allows me to eat what I want which makes me feel good without gaining weight.
