Checking in, made it to day 3!

Last week i didn't even make it to day 3, so today I am celebrating waking up withoit a hangover or even an ounce of alcohol in my blood. I am hoping to make a meeting. My schedule is crazy, but i will take to heart something i read: Spend as much effort on your sobriety as you did to drink and you will witness miracles. I'm ready for a miracle. Happy hump day!

Can't argue with the 'miracle' thing.

Well done on day three. I think that's one of the most important and hardest milestones under your belt.

Now make it count and get to day four, five, six etc.

Congrats on day 3. When I was drinking, I'd go one day without drinking and then the next day justify having a drink because I didn't drink the day before. It was a horrible cycle.

Congrats! You can do it! Here's a tip: Don't make meetings optional. Schedule them in. If it means you need to eat a slice of pizza from 7/11 for dinner as you rush to your meeting ...do it! Chase recovery and you'll stay sober and achieve a life you never could've dreamed of.
