Hi..
Decided to join this forum to give me some support in ditching this very destructive habit. Tonight was my last drink (hopefully). I know I won't have any adverse reactions as I was ill with flu over Xmas gone and in bed for 5 days.. My face looked massively better. Wow.. Anyway. It's 10.40pm UK time. Iam off to bed.. I will check in tomorrow.. With an update. Thanks for reading
