Recovery time
That's enough drinking and wallowing now I'm on day one.
Best to stop now before something crazy happens like I lose my drivers license or job
I have to isolate the problem and address it. The rest of the stuff with my girlfriend is just going to have to wait
Drinking is not the answer for me

With my daughter until 7pm so busy with that. Then I'm going to do some work I need to catch up on my laptop
I'm sorry for not listening to everyone, I've just been really ignorant to the facts over the last few weeks

buuuuut, i dont think youve been ignorant of the facts. seems more like denial about the facts. maybe not ready to surrender. maybe not willing to face the facts.
but not ignorant about it all.
i hope now youre willing to do whatever is necessary to get and stay sober- ready and willing to do whatever action is necessary.
Such an important statement. Very few people recover if they have not fully understood the nature of their problem and the seriousness of their situation. How can you fix it if you don't understand what it is?
I think this is a very good starting point.
