Wholesome

So I had therapy today and talked a lot about the pain and hurt and ****** things that have happened from my upbringing with 2 addicts for parents who used drugs and drank with me as a teen and my abusive marriage and my sisters baby dying..... all kinds of old hurts that I've been numbing for years. As I was driving home I felt like I was going to have a panic attack.... just really raw and panicky and then this song came on.



Thought it was really fitting for all the work I have been doing.

Hope everyone has a blessed sober day. It is hard but worth it. We don't have to stay in that place, we can change and get better. xx
