90 days before and after pic
Well here's me after 90 days, all I changed was not drinking beer every weekend and instead go snowboarding almost every weekend, wife posted this pic on FB today with my daughter and everyone commented how skinny I looked, I went and found a pic from Xmas day to compare, first pic was 8 days in not drinking.
