Too many years...

I've finally decided to do something about this senseless drinking which ive done for many years. Its really not the person i am. I thought it was a way of relaxing but when i think of the harm i may have done to my body!?@@ and the way some people regard you. No more - I hope!!

I always look at it this way ..when you feeling down and you have a drink it sends you up for a short time , Then we know what happens , we go 100 times further down . It's not worth it .once you give that up for good like I did for 12 years, your life changes , I'm in recovery once again but I'm determined to knock this on the head .Good luck and keep strong dizzymare
