Any articles about twins?

I desperately want my twin sister back. But
she's making her own rules for recovery, disregarding and skipping steps to suit her. I don't feel whole without her and when she isn,t well it affects me and my well being

Hi and welcoem MistSis

I'm really sorry about what brings you here, but you will find support advice and understanding here.

As you probably know it's hard to make someone else to do things the way we want them to, even if their way seems demonstrably wrong.

Is she working the steps with a sponsor at all?

only if it suits her. She has one but isn't being honest . She doesn't share when she slips, especially if it was with a substance other than the one she went to "camp" ,as she calls it, for help. She accepted her completion certificate with no guilt. I told her her success isn't reacable without honesty. I have never lived like a non twin my whole life.. so hard

Dee,
Thanks for your support. I look forward to hearing suggestions and hope they help me to heal . Open to anything to have my other half back in my life ,with her humor, and confidence and self esteem restored..

You seem to have gotten the hang of replying pretty well

The boards will become busier in an hour or so

Welcome, Mistsis. Glad you found us. Can you accept that your twin is on her own journey? Love with boundaries firmly in place. Peace.

I'm sure it's hard, but I believe your sister is on her own journey in this, as you are. Hopefully she will see your example and will decide to care for herself.
