I made 90 days yesterday! I'm so very grateful to SR and AA.

I'll get another chip to remind me of my journey so far and I'll no longer have to 'identify' as a newcomer at meetings. Kinda going to miss that bit because despite my 90 days I am still a newcomer to sobriety.

I have learnt so much about myself and I acknowledge the changes within myself everyday. There is still so much more for me to learn but I value life's lessons now rather than trying to run from them, bottle in hand.

So what will I do to celebrate my 90 days? I'll give myself another day sober of course! and then another and another and so on. Because that has been the best gift of this journey.
