Im toxic

This is real! i blew a 3.5 at the station. The cops let me go. And my friend picked me up like a white night. Fighting an unideal suicide is so hard. Im trying. I could be in jail. I must thank this forum for the few days I had. Im shivering and love you.

What does "an unideal suicide" mean? 3.5 or .35? Big difference. Either one is dangerous, I hope you are on the way to the hospital.

I hope you will get some help, Aqua. There is a way out.

I assume to blow that at the station you were DUI, please please please don't drink and drive, no matter what, if you anticipate drinking at all do not take your car. You are alive and breathing, life is a gift. Keep trying x

Not quite sure what happened Aqua, what is your plan now? Maybe your friend could take you to the hospital?

I'm assuming you meant .35 BAC? I don't think 3.5% BAC is survivable.

Hey darlin, you're right, you avoided jail, but you're still alive. And we're all still here, ready to help you get another sober night. Stay here, okay? Xxxx

Just coming out of the financial/legal implications of my .31 "I' m fine to drive".. nightmare. Still have another $2200 to pay and have to buy another truck/car...Once you've reached that level of 'crazy'...it's time for a change. I wish you the best.

Also, like hell youre toxic. Look back over some of your posts - see how much you've impacted on people. You matter. And you deserve to get past this. D'you know how many people completely screwed their lives up with booze and then put it all back together?

Is there an AA meeting anywhere near you? Scratch that - there will be an AA meet somewhere. Why don't you look it up rather than doing hurting yourself? Xxxxx

If I've learned anything it is that you always have 2 choices, especially when it comes to OUR problem.

1. Keep drinking and everything stays the same, or gets worse.

2. Believe in yourself. Believe that you can get and stay sober and see what happens. Endless possibilities with this choice.

The alcohol is toxic, not you. You need to quit drinking and you need to do it now. What can you do today to get to that goal?

I think you mean you blew a .35 - that's well over four times the legal limit (here in the US). Quite high.

No suicide is ideal and I wonder how saturated you still are ...

It is possible for the pain to diminish, but that takes time and requires sobriety. The only way out is through.

Please post again when some of the fog has lifted.

Aquafina, hope you keep us updated on your condition. Maybe now is the time to really put your foot down against this monster and create a plan and do everything in your power to stick to it. Wish you the best.

A year ago today I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance from alcohol related issues. 4 months later I was drinking again. I get it.

Glad you came back and posted. For us, drinking is a futile endeavor.

Aqua, you are not alone, alcohol is toxic for many of us and needs to be avoided at all costs, every aspect of our wellbean can depend on it.
