14 days again. support needed for the weekend!
I'm determined not to drink today.
I haven't made it past two weeks in a very long time.
Any words of encouragement are appreciated.
I'm going to an 8PM meeting tonight (AA).
I feel ugly and like I have no life.
The negative thoughts in my head are often what take me out.

Congratulations on 14 days tiffanyeagle and good for you in scheduling an 8pm meeting, it should give you enough of a boost to see you through Saturday.
Weekends are often the toughest time, is the anything you can do or perhaps there is something that needs doing that will keep you occupied?

Try to verify mindful of the HALT triggers (Hunger-Anger-Lonely-Tired ) and plan your day in such a way that you will avoid these as much as possible.
Shame and self-loathing are pretty standard in the easy days of recovery. Stay sober and focus on getting well and things will start to look up.
I'm so glad you're reaching out here for support and are off to a meeting. Those two things really have helped me on my own journey., and I have faith that they can help you as well.
Wishing you all the best for your sobriety and recovery. BB

I agree with M-bob. 14 days is such a terrific accomplishment. For me after a couple of weeks each day got a little tiny bit better.
Just think about how hard getting those 14 days were. Don't through that accomplishment away. You can do it my friend
