11 Months Today

Just checkin in!

Last week I gave two presentations on a work trip and despite some genuinely bad moments of anxiety the night before, I was not tempted to drink.

Sobriety is teaching me so many things - patience, empathy, and the idea that "this too shall pass" when feeling discomfort.

Looking forward to marking a full year! Thanks sober recovery volunteers - you are helping soooo many people here.

Congrats Madgirl on 11 months!!! That's a miracle for an alcoholic to not drink for 334 days. Let's keep adding them miracles on 24 hours at a time. Good job!!
