Back to SR; Day 4
Just want to say a quick hello. I'm glad to find myself here again. I joined a few years ago and then...well, you know the rest.
I'm committed to living again instead of 'getting through the day' every day. I find tremendous strength and inspiration in you, your posts, and this site.

The plan is a mixture of recovery reading + podcasts, meditation/prayer, exercise, music playing, talking to a select few, and meetings. And then SR to supplement. I will also start a journal for myself and partner with a therapist.
