I have been drinking for 25 years and it wasn't until my 40s that I noticed that I was drinking and regretting my ways the next day. I just said it was bc of stress. I am stressed but alcohol is just adding to that stress. I had my last drink 21 days ago. It will be my last. I don't need alcohol. I don't want alcohol. I have told family and friends that I no longer drink and they are all supportive. I have made many changes in my life and stayed with my decisions and they have given me great days and nights. I have been reading posts and really enjoy this website.
