Day 21

I can't believe I have gone 21 days. That is the longest I have gone in years.
I am feeling strong enough to keep going and plan on being AF forever. I hope to never slip. But is so early in my recover that I can only take it one day at a time and not worry about a slip.

That's awesome
I couldn't string 2 days sober together start of November last year... now I'm 84 days sober.
YOU CAN DO IT

Great job on three weeks!!

Are you working a program? I have found that hope had to be replaced by a plan of action to stay sober and live a recovered life.

Good luck!
