The anxiety is pretty strong. I just took an Ativan to help. It was prescribed when I attempted to quit last year.

I'm holding strong and will keep my workout at the gym. I will go home to feed the pups before I go to the AA meeting.

Today will be the toughest. I can get through this.

Any prayers, happy thoughts or good vibes are welcome. I will post once I've made it home safely without alcohol.

Glad to see you so actively pursuing this Sinderos. Have a good time at the meeting and use SR as often as you like.

Please do be careful with the Benzos...and take them exactly as prescribed.

Yes 4:00 is when I get home from work - that is the time I started drinking everyday for years.

Now at 98 days sober it doesn't bother me.

Definitely will be extra careful. I will only use them for a couple of days to get past the worst of the withdrawals. Then no more.

True. Thankfully the anxiety isn't near as bad as last time I tried. I know in a couple of days I will physically feel better.

I used to be an after-work drinker too. Fast forward several years and I was drinking in the morning. I never thought I'd be a morning drinker. Hang in there.

You got this! And like others have said, you'll feel so much better waking up tomorrow without the hangover I admire your commitment to the gym – do a rep or two for me while you're there
