Saying hi

Hello all.

I'm not normally the joining type, but I'm to the point of needing a community. I'm feeling the effects of alcohol on my mental state, my physical state, and I want to find a better way.

Doggonecarl, I think that's a great point about participating versus joining. As a linear-minded introvert, sometimes I fall into my normal patterns of thinking, but I'm discovering a need to become more flexible. Also, discovering the wealth of information and advice here!
