Day one, check. On day 2 😀
And day one wasnt a good day, 2.15am start and screaming meltdowns but i got through it without a drink. And ate 3 proper meals. Used my stone (im reading the book 'i dont drink') and it really helped. Feeling positive for day 2 ☺
I think that with so many heavy things in your life, a gratitude list - whether in a journal or a big sheet posted on the wall might help in the early days!
The small sweet things - a great cup of coffee, waking up feeling proud, the sky at dusk. You know, the magical sweet stuff! It's all there, every day.
