Hey gzmkci. I've done the same thing. It usually is some small thing that touches some wound from who-knows-when. When I do this it makes me writhe in shame.

I think emotions are all over the place for a while if you drink and smoke like we did.

Bets thing we can do is make our apologies and stay sober so that people know we really mean to change.
