In the 1st week of Jan 2017, something bad happened.
He was young - 30's.
A note was left.
I'm weighed down with sadness.
No outside signs suggested he would do this.
Almost like an on the spot decision.
But the note said since he was a young boy this is what he had wanted to do.
Please confide your worries as much as you can.
Don't put a brave face on.
There is no shame in saying 'I feel awful, can I talk with you?'
The sense of devastation is unbelievable and tragic for those he left behind.
