What is "ESH"? I see people refer to it some times but don't know what it stands for. I googled "ESH" and got a lot of page results for "environmental safety and health" ... While that sounds nice don't think that's the right acronym ?

Also, happy sober Friday the 13th to everyone on SR !

ESH is the guiding principle for sharing in AA- what we were like drinking, what we did to get sober, what we are like now. Those three components link any alcoholic's story to another's to communicate the common nature of our disease, whatever one person's particulars were.

Best info and learning I get from others is in this vein.
