Found an old bottle in the cupboard
While looking for a can of corn. It stopped me dead in my tracks since we poured everything out Friday morning. I quickly poured it out before it could speak to me. Gotta celebrate the smallest of victories on day 3 :-)

My wife had 3/4 a bottle of red wine in the fridge since Oct.
I used a bit to cook some tri tip.
It was tempting...nobody was around...been clean for 20 months....wife would have never known....
What was left went down the drain...hit the gym later...felt like a champ.
This is my crave time....around 4 pm.
