I think the title describes it well.

THIS is MY year, im hitting the ground running and embracing it with both hands. For far too long i have put everyone in my life first being at their behest and this year i am having some serious me time doing what i need to do to find myself again. That has been lacking for longer than i can remember.

Going to get fitter, healthier, stronger and embrace old interests that i have longed to take up again but haven't for fear of upsetting the status quo. That time has gone!

i want to send out my positive feelings to all that read this.
