Yeah, I think I need this. I've never worked the steps officially or had a sponsor. Maybe I should now. Between the extremely dysfunctional home life and multiple addicts in my life (past and present) feelings, thoughts, regrets, fears, anger and pain is tangled up in one ugly ball. If not now, when?

Al-Anon was and is great for me, especially since I now see the alcoholic in my life (My sib) 2 or 3 times a week, as opposed to living 350 miles away from him, as used to be the case.
