Oh wow! Lots!!! My head is sooooo much clearer, my memory is better, whilst drinking I had a memory like a sieve and felt it was a constant fog around me, my mental health has improved significantly too. I feel alive today, whereas before I was living I just felt as tho I was surviving. Sobriety is wonderful. I couldnt get past 3 days sober before never ever in a million years would I think 13 months would be possible
