Had too Look Back to See How Many Days
Hi everyone!
I'm still in sunny Florida and doing well. I honestly couldn't remember how many days since I had a drink and had to look back. This vacation gave me the kick start I desperately needed. It's been like 9 days since I've had a drink and it's only been like a fleeting thought every now and then since I've been here. My friend's house I'm staying at has a fully stocked bar as well. Can't say my AV wasn't whispering in my ear, but I didn't listen. I've been sleeping well and feel pretty good. Walked Epcot yesterday(got in for free) and didn't feel like my usual death.
I've been avoiding thinking about going home because I know it's not going to be easy. I'm not working and will be alone a lot. I know the That will be my true test. I plan on a healthy diet and throwing myself into exercise to fill my time in between job hunting.
Today I'm secure and feel hopeful though.

congrats on day 9 Usta. This sounds like a good time to think about a recovery plan for when you get home?
