Thanks. Been slowly destroying my life. I got really messed up last night. Still haven't been to bed...I'm not doing so great mentally at the moment.

Welcome Bb. Yes, most of us arrive here via a path of self destruction and shame. It's a desolate place to be mentally.

But, or should I say BUT. ... there is hope. There is a new path you can take. It has its ups and downs like any other. Rough bits and smooth bits, but it's invariably better than the dark place most of us travelled before. Why not join us on the path of Recovery? We'd be happy to have you along with us.

Wishing you all the best for your sobriety and recovery. BB

I really feel for you! Try to understand that the way you are thinking and feeling right now, is because of what your body and mind is going through, it is not the reality of how things are. You may be horribly depressed, despondent, paranoid, anxiety ridden, and bone tired. but that is because you have been using a powerful depressant, but the good news is that it will get better when you stop using and get through some detox.
