Really confused re: queasy and gagging

Hi, 31 days sober. Haven't eaten or drunk anything unusual. Woke up extremely queasy this morning and didn't eat anything until now. Just had a few carrots and a cracker. It all came up with a bottle of water and then I was retching over the toilet like I do when I'm in active withdrawal.

Pretty freaked out! Have a big Christmas dinner tonight.

Sorry you're feeling unwell, sounds like you might just have a bug ...it happens, even in sobriety.

Could very well be a stomach bug, Water.

Maybe stick to water, pedialyte, and crackers for a while and see your GP if things don't improve in a day or two.

Sorry that you are feeling poorly.

So this isn't like part of PAWS or something?

Hi Water!

We really shouldn't make medical diagnoses over the internet. What is quite normal for one person might even be fatal for another. Have you seen a doctor lately?

Yes saw my doc on Thursday. All my tests are normal. No issues or damage done.

Probably just a bug. Sorry! Just was worried

You may have picked up a bug in the doctor's office but do follow-up with him/her if things don't improve.
