Its day 5 and

My mind set was set differently THIS TIME. (it is NOT my first quit) .....
I simply decided to CHOOSE to be present in the evening (when I used to drink) and ENJOY soda, walks outside, DRIVING (imagine that?) - well for 5 nites, I've done just that- On day 3 I walked around the supermarket just smiling - that what happens when a prisoner is released- the little things matter -
