50 Days
50 days today and finally sensing a change in my stress levels. Noticing that life is becoming easier for me. It's amazing how sobriety is all or nothing, similar to our drinking. We either become "normal" if we get sober or are doomed a crazy fate if still drinking. Really no in between. It's amazing all of the positive things that have already happened to me in 50 days. 🎉

Keep going in the direction you're headed. Fifty days is great and you will continue to feel physically better the longer you go.
It took me about that long before the anxiety levels went way down. Who knew? It was mostly withdrawal. Take that out of the equation and things got better.

50 days - how fabulous, freedom.
We drink to supposedly calm ourselves down & make life easier - yet it does just the opposite of what we intend. I became reckless and hyper. It's great to get free of it.
