Day 45 today

Really glad I am "on the path". I am feeling and getting more productive every day. No more thinking "God I wish this day was over" at 9am in the morning....

I have noticed increased optimism in my thoughts and that is a really good thing...I almost forgot what that felt like!

Good luck to everyone here and this site has been a big help.

Awesome. It only gets better. Make sure you have your plan and coping skills in place to handle any curveballs life throws at you.

Congrats on 45 days! Isn't it great when optimism begins to return? And when getting stuff done isn't so hard? It will only get better! Keep at it!

I still remember when I couldn't get 45 minutes.

45 days is wonderful, flguy.

Just think - we drank to try & feel better and face problems. We just created more anxiety & misery for ourselves. I'm glad we don't do that anymore.
