Approaching 90...!
Day 89 yyaa.It's been a sober ride and I'm grateful for the SR community. This has kept me connected while I figure this out. Been sometime since I have attended my meetings(follow my threads for details) but I'm happy to say its been a life changing journey so far..I some times get overwhelmed when I think about the much needed work I have ahead of me,but I know it will get done.no turning back for me this is my time to shine sober...I DID NOT DRINK TODAY..👐👋👐👋👏

90 days is a huge milestone Jeffrey! Make sure to stick with whatever has been working for you (meetings, SR...) I have made the mistake of getting complacent in the past, and I have learned it is important to stay active in my recovery.

Congratulations, Jeffrey! Keep up the good work. Whenever I get out of sorts or start getting overwhelmed it helps to remember the slogan "easy does it." I take a breath and know that everything will be okay because I am sober. Around 3-4 months the "fog" started lifting and I had some of the most amazing feelings - like just being absolutely happy and content. It is a gift to experience life sober. Well done!

It happens, just take a deep breath and remember that the only moment you have control over is the one you're in right now. Good going on 90!!
