What's going on..

The time I have is,great the feeling is great, no cravings not missing it at all ,so why do I feel like sh..t is it the people places and things. I have not changed much accept I,m not drinking...missing my family,my boys are doing greate things and I"m not there to celebrate all their good times..I will get past this to just the yuk got me now 84dayssss. Need a meeting but still given it a ? brake for now....I DIDN'T DRINK TODAY👐

I'm a big advocate for building a sober life Jeffrey. Is it possible for you to start doing that now?

I get that. I was a little impatient too - then someone said to me 'what if you're right where you need to be right now?'

so true. Gotta work on a recovery plan ,other then staying sober...

People here say there is a big difference between not drinking and sobriety and I tend to agree with them.

To me, not drinking can be a grind, sobriety is acceptance.
