Last monday at this job.

I felt like a million bucks at work.

Home was a little different.

I got an ugly xmas sweater. Its not that ugly. In-fact its adorable.

I've put on a few.

I'm not craving a drink today.

I could crave one tomorrow though, gotta keep watching. Remember the things that brought me power and positivity. The rewards at the end of long struggles. My trip to Malaysia and Taiwan at 5 months sober that was the best time of my life.

We are born alone and die alone. That is what I believe. But its not fatalism. We are the entirety of our own worlds. Other people can dance across the landscapes of our mind as we can theirs but in the end peace and love and goodness or evil and turmoil and doubt....they are all internal.

So the struggle is not solved by grasping and clasping but sitting and breathing, inwards and inwards.
