Help!

I have started alcohol free days but when I slip up i go stupid. I'm losing my family and i don't know what to do.

Hi, gottoquit. I feel your pain. I'm slowly learning that maybe I can't do this on my own and am looking into potentially doing IOP. Is that something you could do? Or perhaps AA if you haven't already tried it? SR is a fantastic resource, but maybe some face-to-face help would be a good thing for you.

If not, is there someone you can reach out to for help? I have a sober friend with a similar background that is an invaluable resource to me. I was just bouncing some things about alcoholism and sobriety off him this morning, in fact. It really does help to talk to someone.
