I had 1 glass of wine last night. Not sure why, but I did. Thought about having another glass, decided not to and turned in around 9 pm.

I woke up this morning aching, hot/cold spells and nauseous--this lasted ALL day. I still feel like crap.

Two nights ago, my two year old had a 24 hour bug. I must have caught it.

This is WORSE than a hangover and IMO the universe's way of telling me stop.

Starting over. Day 1.
