She totaled another one.
Two weeks ago my wife totaled her SUV and we've been looking at options for a different vehicle. About 8 hrs ago, she totaled my truck, no injuries, including her thank goodness. I guess the upside is that we had to take action and now we have a 2016 SUV in the garage with 24 miles on it. As I said before, life is still life even when sober. I hope were done with this crap.

Thanks all. This whole thing is just very unusual. Myself and my guys used to drive year round in our trucks hauling heavy loads and equipment and in 13 years had 3 accidents. My poor wife has just had the worst luck. This is the 4th time in 3 years I've had to go get her from a semi serious accident. She cried today and that makes me almost cry. Its really not her fault.

This will be the last I say on this issue but I want to get it off my chest. I retraced the activities of yesterday after I drove my wife to work this morning (she's too scared right now). From 7:15 AM until 5PM I was laser focused and getting things done. I was at the scene of the accident, I helped pick up pieces of my truck that were on the highway, then to the auto body repair shop, on the phone with insurance people, then off to the car dealership and all that entails, then home with the new vehicle (never could accomplish all this when drinking by the way). I get home this morning and was thinking about what she went through. I've driven that road and over that bridge thousands of times. She could have been killed. She spun out, went across the median and into oncoming traffic and took out 2 cars. The speed limit on that road is 50 and most people are speeding. Yesterday I was just trying to keep things light and support her, make her feel good, but in reality it was pretty damn bad. I have to admit I got a little emotional this morning, I didn't cry, but I was close.
