Anxiety sucks!!!!!!

So I am in Day One. The anxiety is AWFUL!!!! I can't function.

Things will get better, I promise you. Drink lots of water and stay hydrated. The anxiety will fade. Give it time. Peace.

Just try to sit with it and get through it. It really will get better and you never have to go through this again.

It will get better. Put a cold washcloth on the back of your neck. Play some peaceful music. Dim the lights. Drink lots of water. I promise you that it will get better.

day one I was having panic attack after panic attack.

it does get better the longer you abstain. good luck

Do 50 jumping jacks. It never fails to work for me.

Have you eaten? That also always worked.

Hang in there ERosey, we all started with a Day 1 and know how tough it can be, but we also know there is light at the end of the tunnel!!
