Today is Day 30....
Hi All,
I made it to day 30. This site has been a huge help and everyone here is a big inspiration. Have had some cravings but eating something helps alot and they usually only last for about 30 minutes or so.
Feel a tiny bit better every day. Biggest change I have noticed is that I am slowly returning to the optimistic person that I used to be before the years and years of drinking.
Now on to 60, 90 and beyond! Thanks and Good Luck to everyone!
