I haven't posted on here before. Been here a long time, read at least 2 or 3 times a day i feel close to ur family.. been sober now 169 days... got a DUI in June best thing ever happened to me otherwise i wld still be drinking, divorced and daughter disowing me or worse dead from this horrible disease. I've been to rehab twice in last three years (amazing how we don't get it the first time around lol) anyways... just wanted to say im holding my new 1 month old grandson and 4 yr old granddaughter sleeping in our spare bedroom. If i wasnt sober i wouldn't be able to have any contact with daughter or grandkids. !!!
