Plus ça change

I'm back. It's been a couple of years I think, some of which, the better part of which, I've been sober, healthy and happy. & now I'm back in hell. This forum helped me so much a few years ago & I'm desperate for you lovely people to help me again. All I ask is for no AA preaching...

I'm glad you're back working at sobriety. Do you have a plan for how to make this work? SR is always a good place to come for inspiration.

Welcome back, I am sure you have made a good step forward to get back on track :-)

I have found the class of November thread to be a great help, I would recommend posting on there
