Two weeks !

Well I am feeling loads better now. Last three nights I slept so well.

Still have a little anxiety but I'm having some EMDR therapy starting next week so hopefully that will help somewhat.

Two whole weeks - how wonderful, hopscotch. Great that you've been able to sleep - that's often a problem in the early days.

Yeah the sleep is amazing! I am taking a OTC sleep aid but intend to stop next week.

Only thing is my smoking (cigarettes) has increased but I can except that for the time being.

Great Job on 2 weeks! I am finishing up day 13 - it does feel really good. I still cant believe that I have not had a drink for 13 days...I drank EVERY DAY!

It feels really good - a bit boring but that is ok...and this site has really been a big help.
