24 more for me please, spent all day so far in bed and having just had a cup of tea and some biscuits, that's where I'm heading again now.
Trying to reset my body clock as I'm 12 hours out of sync with everyone else. Thanks to my incredible partner who does her utmost best to help even when at the end of her tether.
See you on the other side after some sleep hopefully

The early weeks are some hard earned achievements and those staying the course with years of sobriety are awesome!

Hi,
Our last day on the ship has been something. My Mom started drinking wine late morning and hasn't stopped. I see my active alcoholic self in her! Not a pretty sight, but an excellent reminder of what awaits me if I take just one.
I'm checking in for the next 24, gratitude to my HP, AA, and each of you guys here on SR.
