Starting day 11
So I canceled my day of Vacation today. Started having fears that I wouldn't know what to do with myself. My back is still pretty sore so I wouldn't get much done around the house. I still have tomorrow off, hopefully I'll a least be able to get the Halloween stuff down from the attic....
I noticed that I'm peeing regularly now. Not small amounts either, seems to be shortly after I've had a glass of water, juice or coffee... Previously I would not drink anything all day then binge on beer in the evenings.

Good job listening to yourself. Keeping busy, having days planned (whatever that means right now) is a great idea.
And keep drinking the non-alc stuff. I still drink a TON of water, and lots of other stuff and pee allllll the time. Fine by me.
Do you have a program you've started?
Have a great day. At the start, I would write down three things I wanted to accomplish that day- one could be as simple as "eat three meals" - and consider the day a success if I got just those done while not drinking. You can do it.
Don't drink. Good luck.
