Day 15

Day 15 is done. A stressful night at work, but not even a twinge of a craving, whereas before I'm sure I would have said "You deserve this". So I guess I'll enjoy the days with no cravings but get ready in case they come. Thanks everybody, your posts are very nice.

Great job, Fortress! I had 18 days last month and felt better than I had in as long as I could recall, then foolishly went back to the booze. I'm going to get back there and keep going. It's so much better of a life, isn't it?

Fort,

Well done.

Yep, work was/is a major trigger.

I would think...I don't care about work now...I am goin to party like a rock star...

I would drink the night away....Eat too much....wake up dehydrated, anxiety ridden, stinky, sweaty, red eyed, swollen, high bp, weak....horrid.

It was fun until it wasn't fun anymore.

Glad those days are forever behind.

No regrets from the past....glad I flipped the switch.

Stay clean. Change your life a bit to be content sober.

Thank you for the post.
