48 Weeks

I am now at 48 weeks sober.

I have the big conference behind me now and need to mentally get ready for the holiday season coming up. Last year I pretty much went under ground to get through the season since that was when I started this journey. I know I can go to certain events now and be prepared with coping skills and/or leave if I need too.

Counseling session is set up for this Friday. Back in the gym after a two week break for work travel - feels good!

Stick to your plans folks - we can do this!!
