update, back in another six months for follow up

nodule has not grown, though CT scan shows i have gallstones

what gall!

I have today off work and I am going to the gym this morning for my usual workout then doing yoga class. Only two more working days and I'm done!

Hi to all overs, wherever you are sober.

I've been doing the online and phone, flight, hotel, and car reservations for my surgeries three weeks from now. It occurred to me I could not drive so I canceled my reservations at the base quarters (military hotel), canceled the car, and booked into a suite on the bay next to the clinic. Free shuttles to and from the airport and laser Spine Institute. The money I saved on the car was three times the extra expense of the resort suite. Sweet!

I have lost 2kg in 1 month since joining a ladies gym. We have just bought a 2nd car (makes life SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much easier). Trees have been removed. Plans are getting drawn up. Extensions on the cards..... my own space in the house !
