Day 10
Day 10 is done. I read SR all the time, and it really helps. Fridays have been major stumbling blocks in the last few years, so I'm going to preload with chocolate before I come home from work. My sobriety doesn't depend on chocolate: it depends on me thinking about it as much as I can, realizing how good it is, and that the 2 "fun" hours at the beginning of any binge is going to bring (if not a new bottom) DAYS of misery...

Fortress, I really enjoy the enthusiasm and commitment I see in your posts.
It's Day 10 for me as well, and I can tell my alcoholic brain is already "resetting" in a way that is dangerous for me. But I know I can fight that. And you and everyone else here at SR are my best weapons! Thank you.

Congrats on double digits!! Good for stocking up on chocolate, the darker the better and for thinking ahead about the 2 hours versus DAYS of feeling like poop, ugh totally not worth it, keep up the great work
