Well as it says above another slip. I appear to be good for about 8 to 10 days then it happens. I take a drink and I am off drinking until I dare come back here and own up .
So here I am today trying to make it day 1 again.

Feeling pretty crappy about myself and the slips I keep having.
I am trying not to beat myself up and trying to focus on the fact that I got 9 days without alcohol. I have been drinking heavy the last couple of years so I am going to keep trying to get more and more days. I hope one day it sticks.

i relapsed everyday for a while when i was new until i had enough pain to become willing to take direction

Continuing to do the same things and expecting different results never seemed to work for me, instead I needed to change things up, more support, look and change my actions, my decisions, make Sobreity happen with a plan of action!!

Don't leave it to simply hoping it'll happen, instead put a plan in and place and make it happen!!

You can do this!!
